Hi, I’m Mandy.

I teach yoga for people who want to feel safe, supported, and at home in their bodies.

My classes are calm, practical, and accessible — no pressure, no pushing, no expectations. I believe yoga should meet you where you are, not ask you to become someone else first.

Whether you’re brand new, returning after injury, or simply wanting a kinder way to move, you belong here.

I believe yoga should meet you where you are, not ask you to change before you’re allowed to belong.

My approach

I teach yoga in a way that is accessible and adaptable. You’ll be encouraged to use props, take breaks, modify poses, and rest whenever you need. Gentle doesn’t mean ineffective — it means thoughtful, supportive, and sustainable.

Classes often include slower movement, clear cues, options for different bodies, and moments of stillness to help calm the nervous system. Whether we’re moving through a gentle flow or settling into longer holds, the focus is always on how the practice feels, not how it looks.

You won’t be asked to push through pain or keep up with anyone else. This is your practice.

Who my classes are for

Every BODY yoga is for:

  • Beginners who are new to yoga or feeling unsure about where to start

  • Curvy bodies and anyone who doesn’t see themselves reflected in mainstream yoga spaces

  • People returning to movement after injury, illness, or a long break

  • Those wanting a calmer, kinder approach to yoga that supports both body and mind

If you’ve ever felt out of place in a yoga class, you’re very welcome here.

A little more about me

I came to yoga through my own lived experience, and over time it became clear that I wanted to teach in a way that felt honest, grounded, and inclusive.

I value creating spaces where people feel comfortable asking questions, moving at their own pace, and showing up exactly as they are on the day. I’m less interested in perfect poses and more interested in how yoga can support people in everyday life — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Every BODY yoga is about building confidence, self-trust, and a sense of ease in your body, one breath at a time.

An invitation

If you’re curious about yoga but unsure where you fit, I invite you to start where you are.

There’s no expectation, no judgement, and no rush — just gentle guidance, steady movement, and a supportive space to practise.
